Down By The Riverside

We recently had a specialist, river licensed contractor in to shore up & smarten up some old sleeper riverbank defences on an Avocet Homes Construction private project – future proofing for another generation.

It’s just another example of how we work with local Norfolk sub-contractors to fulfil the wishes & desires of our exacting client base.

And, after a whole load of hard work, many wet weeks in the River Stiffkey & tons & tons of heavy oak sleepers going out (looking like petrified fossils) & tons of fresh oak sleepers & top soil coming in, the end result is a stunning riverside contemplation & wild swimming spot.

And the kingfisher seems to like it...
